Sit & Go's
Sit and Go Tournaments do not run at any scheduled time, they start as soon as the required number of players sit down. These tournaments can be found by clicking on the "Sit & Go" in the poker software
We offer several kinds of Sit & Go tournaments, including single table, multi-table, and heads up events. For more information about any particular Sit & Go tournament, simply open the tournament lobby.
Scheduled Multi-Table Tournaments
In addition to Sit & Go tournaments, JBET Poker also offers multi-table tournaments. Multi-table tournaments differ from Sit and Go's in two important ways: Multi-table tournaments have a set start time and do not have a predetermined number of participants.
Players are able to register for the tournament from the moment it is in a registering state up until the tournament begins. Once the tournament begins, all players are seated at their respective tournament table and action begins. At this point, registration closes.
To register for multi-table tournaments, you must launch the application and sign in to your account. This will bring you to the JBET Poker lobby. When you click on the 'Scheduled Tournaments' you will be shown the list of available multi-table tournaments. To see more information on individual tournaments, double click on it or click the "Tournament Lobby" button and additional window will appear with information specific to that tournament. If you want to register for an event, click on the 'OIN/LEAVE' button in the new window and you will be asked to confirm your registration.
If you are logged in and a tournament you have registered for begins or is in progress, you will automatically be taken to your tournament table. This is to ensure that you don't forget about any events signed up for in advance.
As players are eliminated from the tournament, tables will be removed and players will be moved to empty seats at the remaining tables. This continues until only one table remains. Play then continues until one player possesses all the chips.
Freerolls
A Freeroll is a tournament where there is no buy-in or entry fee. Entry into this type of tournament is FREE. Cash prizes are awarded as well as play money. These tournaments will be indicated on the tournament registration page as Freeroll
Satellite Tournaments
A satellite is a tournament in which the prize is an entry into a larger tournament. It can be less expensive to enter a satellite than it would be to enter the main tournament directly. For example, while the main tournament may carry a $200 buy-in, one can buy into a satellite for $20 and win a $200 seat in the main tournament. Multi-table satellites are scheduled as regular tournaments, and the sign-up details and play are identical. There are also Sit and Go Satellite Tournaments.
