Introduction

Global Online Ltd. (henceforth referred to as:  “JBET”, "Company", “us” or "we") is an entity that offers gambling services (“Services”) via brands it operates such as JBETCasino and JBETPoker ("In-House Brand(s)").  JBET may also offer its services via third party operations that have been offered a "white label" relationship ("White Label Brand(s)").
JBET may offer its gambling services via the Internet (the "Internet Platform") and/or alternative platforms such as mobile gaming platforms, digital/interactive television platforms, in-flight entertainment platforms, kiosk platforms, land based platforms and via other interactive devices/mediums ("Alternative Platform(s)").
When you use the Company's gambling services either via an In-House Brand or a White Label Brand, and whether such use is via the Internet Platform or an Alternative Platform, you shall be asked to provide personal information ("PI") to the Company.

Receiving Parties

Where possible, Receiving Parties will be asked to restrict and limited in their use of PI.

The JBET sites contain links to third-party websites. You acknowledge that you are aware that these third-party websites may have their own information collection practices and privacy policies. You acknowledge that you are aware that JBET does not control the Privacy Policies of third parties and that if you follow a link, any PI you provide may be governed by that website operator. Transfer or Assigning of PI

If JBET were to: merge, consolidate, be acquired, or sell all or substantially all of its stock or assets, transfer the operations and distribution of certain products or Services to a third-party, become bankrupt, your personal information may be transferred to JBET’s successor or assignee.

If you disclose any information in a public area of a JBET site, such as a message board or chat forum, that information may be collected and used by third-parties to send unsolicited messages, advertisements or for other purposes.
